EDUCATIONAL COOKING WORKSHOPS
COOK, EAT, SHARE
The CRF's educational cooking weekly workshop allows families in the Haut-Saint-Laurent the opportunity to experience a group cooking activity near their home, at a lower cost. It helps reduce isolation by meeting people with the same interest, hence you will be able to acquire or deepen some basic techniques to cook simple and nutritious meals for your family.
A unique experience to make different recipes that you will have the pleasure of tasting for dinner.
This project is made possible through a financial contribution from the Public Health Agency of Canada.
PARENTING WORKSHOPS
Y'APP
The CRF offers the '' Y'APP (NOBODY IS PERFECT) program, for parents with children 0 to 5 years old. This program makes possible to support parents in their role as the first educators of their children, to encourage positive changes in education within the family for the optimal development of children, to provide parents with concrete tools so that they can feel more confident and in control on a daily basis. Building on the strengths of parents, welcoming each other's realities, fostering mutual support, recognizing oneself in the reality of others and feeling less isolated have a positive impact on enriching the parenting experience.
